- Carry out the closing of sewing, printing, embroidery, and third-party subcontractors in general; - Reconcile discrepancies between quantities sent by subcontractors and those verified upon receipt; - Verify documentation for subcontractor closing: validate invoices (NFs), delivery notes (romaneios), system information, and attach the billing invoice together with the payment authorization (AP); - Manage production orders for subcontractors (printing, embroidery, and others); - Update internal control spreadsheets versus subcontractors.
