Participation in corporate employer branding initiatives An organization specializing in legal services is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst in Blumenau. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions. Post job opportunities on employment websites and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct candidate sourcing (hunting). Conduct behavioral-based interviews. Administer technical and behavioral assessments. Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Monitor candidates throughout the entire selection process. Update recruitment systems (e.g., Inhire). Support employer branding initiatives. Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Selection Coordinator, Human Resources Consultant, or Recruiter may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
