Job Summary: Provide first-level IT infrastructure support, ensuring basic environment operations, user assistance, and resolution of simple incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Support for user creation/maintenance and access permission routines Provide first-level IT infrastructure support, ensuring basic environment operations, user assistance, ticket registration and resolution of simple incidents, as well as proper escalation to higher levels when required. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to and register N1 Infrastructure tickets; * Perform initial diagnosis and resolve simple incidents; * Handle requests related to: System and network access, Workstations (Windows), Printers and peripherals, Basic connectivity (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN); * Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs); * Monitor basic infrastructure services; * Conduct initial availability and performance checks; * Escalate tickets to N2/N3 based on severity; * Support routines including: User creation and maintenance, Password resets, and Access permissions; * Record evidence and update tickets in the ITSM tool; * Assist with IT asset inventory and organization. **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related fields (in progress or completed); **Experience:** * Up to 2 years in technical support or infrastructure; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Windows operating systems; * Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Service Desk / ITSM-based support; * Familiarity with ITIL (Incident, Request, SLA). **Desirable Skills:** * Active Directory (basic); * Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace; * Linux (basic); * Monitoring tools (conceptual); * Virtualization (conceptual). **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (Ifood Benefícios): R$ 35.00 per workday; * Life Insurance: 100% company-paid; * Health Plan (Unimed): 50% of monthly premium covered by the office; * O\&A School: Corporate education center for continuous professional development; * Childcare Assistance: R$ 245 for children up to 6 years old; * O\&A Saúde – Clude: Mental health consultations, nutrition, fitness, and general practice consultations at R$ 45.00 each, with no monthly fee; * Dental Plan (Uniodonto): 50% of monthly premium covered by the office; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * SESC partnership; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * Birthday Day Off to enjoy your special day your way; * On-site Convenience Store (Market4you) for daily convenience. **\*This opportunity is also open to people with disabilities\***
