### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
#### **Partnership Management**
* Represent Magazord brand in building and strengthening the network of strategic partners
* Engage inbound partners to continuously generate qualified commercial opportunities
* Monitor and develop partner relationships, ensuring growth and new business opportunities
* Conduct periodic follow-ups with the sales team regarding referred opportunities
#### **Strategy and Performance**
* Track partnership-related KPIs and results
* Ensure effective execution of activities and continuous process improvement
* Identify strategic opportunities for expanding the partner ecosystem
* You will be a key link connecting partners, the sales team, and the company’s growth strategy.
### **✅ Mandatory Requirements**
* Reside in Rio do Sul/SC or surrounding region
* Hold a Brazilian driver’s license (Category B)
* Availability for travel
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
* Experience in leadership or coordination of commercial activities
* Prior experience managing commercial teams or partnership programs
* Experience in generating inbound demand or managing partner relationships
* Experience analyzing commercial KPIs and targets
* **Nice-to-have (non-eliminatory)**
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or ERP systems
