You will play a key role in creating positive experiences for our visitors from the moment of booking through check-in. **✅ Responsibilities:** Answer phone calls, emails, and guest messages to process and confirm reservations. Use reservation systems to enter, modify, and cancel bookings, ensuring information accuracy. Provide detailed information about accommodations, rates, promotional packages, and additional resort services. Assist guests with special requests and preferences, such as room types and special needs. Efficiently and courteously manage and resolve issues or complaints related to reservations. Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure all guest needs are met before and during their stay. Monitor and update reservation statuses to maximize occupancy and optimize revenue. Maintain accurate and detailed records of reservations and guest interactions. **Requirements:** High school diploma; higher education in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in resort or hotel environments. Ability to operate reservation systems and hotel management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure. Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
