Responsibilities: * Lead strategic HR projects aligned with organizational objectives, both locally and globally. * Manage performance evaluation processes and employee engagement surveys. * Support recruitment and selection to ensure attraction and retention of top talent. * Plan and implement Training & Development strategies aligned with company growth. * Develop and manage internship and apprenticeship programs. * Design and maintain the competency matrix. * Work in an industrial/factory environment, understanding sector-specific requirements. * Utilize the Workday system for people management and HR processes. Requirements: * Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in strategic and operational projects. * Solid knowledge of organizational development, performance evaluation, climate surveys, recruitment, and selection. * Strategic planning in Training & Development, internship, and apprenticeship programs. * Experience with competency matrices, preferably in manufacturing environments. * Advanced English proficiency for participation in global projects. * Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with the Workday system.
