




If you want to expand your talent, join us on this journey of opportunities, development, and strong cooperation to move you forward into an unexplored universe! **Responsibilities and duties*** Support centralizing operational activities of cooperatives (headquarters and PAs), ensuring process standardization and compliance. * Assist in performing tasks related to analysis and inclusion in FGTS flows, appraisal reports, and paying interveners (IQ). * Monitor proposal clean-up and average deadlines, promoting operational efficiency. * Provide support with specialized tools such as (appraisal), Prognum (operational flow), and RI Digital (protocols and records). * Assist in obtaining documentation (certificates and property registrations) and legal formalization routines. * Handle technical and operational requests, such as amortizations, settlements, and profile adjustments in the system. * Collaborate in curating and maintaining automated support agents and developing self-service content. * Support the execution of operational training and capacity building on housing products and CGI. * Contribute to the analysis and continuous improvement of real estate credit processes, proposing optimizations and automations. **Requirements and qualifications** **Essential:** **Reside in Blumenau or surrounding region for hybrid work.** Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields; Previous experience in operational or technical support roles in financial institutions. Knowledge of real estate credit. Ability to analyze data and control processes. Understanding of housing products and main processes (DPS, insurance, appraisal, documentation, and FGTS). Familiarity with real estate credit systems Prognum and document management systems and Land Registry (Docket, CBRDoc, RI Digital). **A plus:** Experience in credit cooperatives or collaborative environments. Knowledge of digital tools and support automation tools (Copilot Studio, Uboots, Power Automate).
