**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.

* Assist in the continuous improvement of departmental processes, focusing on risks, internal controls, standards, and compliance;
* Conduct internal control checks and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations;
* Assist in preparing strategic information for corporate governance, per departmental guidance;
* Monitor compliance reports and follow up on action plans;
* Perform regulatory research and address the institution’s regulatory requirements;
* Organize and provide documents and information requested by other departments, especially audit;
* Collaborate with various departments of the Cooperative to ensure the security of financial transactions;
* Participate in training and capacity-building programs for technical and behavioral development;
* Identify opportunities for improving internal processes, contributing to reduced complaints and enhanced service quality;
* Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and internal policies;
* Support operational tasks within the department and manage activity deadlines.
**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
* Writing, analysis, and interpretation skills;
* Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of the Brazilian Financial System / Credit Cooperativism
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
