About the Position Required Education Completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor's or Licentiate) in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Arts (theater, dance, visual arts, music, cinema). Requirements and Preferences Knowledge and experience in artistic, cultural, and community project management and production; Experience in monitoring and implementing educational, artistic-cultural, and social projects; Knowledge and experience in coordinating and executing cultural and social projects; Knowledge and experience in coordinating and working with social groups, especially older adults; Familiarity with gerontology topics, lifelong learning, and active aging; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft applications. Team coordination and management; Driver's license category B; **Your daily responsibilities will include:** Developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating projects and activities related to Culture and Social Assistance / Social Work with Groups and Community Development, ensuring effective execution of all tasks and demands in alignment with institutional guidelines and goals; Directing and implementing projects, organizing work plans and methodologies, establishing goals and priority definitions; Managing and monitoring cultural and social projects at the unit; Implementing cultural and social assistance activities within the unit; Managing, guiding, and coordinating cultural and social assistance activities developed by teams; Monitoring, developing, and producing knowledge within the unit; Participating in staff selection processes according to criteria and requirements outlined in internal documents and public notices; Maintaining and fostering ongoing relationships with commerce, goods, services, and tourism companies related to defined Sesc service acquisition and retention initiatives; Planning, organizing, and scheduling events offered by the institution; Preparing and reviewing various reports and documents; Representing the institution and participating in meetings, working groups, and study groups as requested; * Supervising and overseeing activities and work conducted by arts course collaborators and instructors, as well as social group facilitators; Demonstrating availability, commitment, and dedication to the Sesc institution and to projects within the Culture and Social Assistance areas. Developing and implementing projects aimed at strengthening local communities, promoting civic participation and social inclusion; Organizing and coordinating activities that encourage sustainable community development, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); Facilitating community engagement in social and educational programs, promoting integration across Sesc’s diverse operational areas; Availability to participate in training sessions organized by Sesc; Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as required.
