* Check the operation of all PA equipment and ensure nothing is missing; * Check if the systems are OK. * Verify with the monitoring operator whether the vehicle signal is correctly mirrored to Multisat (or to the GR of the cargo) and update in Apisullog; * Pay attention to the correct completion of all fields; * Release for loading only after all GR procedures have been completed, for example: Identification of required checks; * Driver and vehicle check in Multicadastro, Apisullog 2\.0, and completion of tests on the vehicle, * Release the trip only after the SMP status shows (In Transit); if the status does not change within 10 minutes and there is no report of an issue, contact the Monitoring Center. * Fill out the back side of the internal circuit checklist, sign and stamp it. * Pay attention to procedures regarding operations; all tests and checklists must be performed with the physical presence of the responsible Shift Analyst; * Immediately communicate any identified issues for proper maintenance before performing Mirroring; * For any cargo released by Management, GR procedures must trigger an e-mail to all involved according to rules specified in the agreement. * The Analyst must compulsorily reinforce to all drivers the GR rules that must be followed during their route.
