Job Summary: Professional responsible for technical support, demand generation, and relationship management with cattle farmers and partners, promoting products and stimulating product turnover in stores. Establishing and managing relationships with decision-makers **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Providing technical field support and generating demand among cattle farmers, conducting sales, positioning, and differentiating Boehringer Ingelheim products. * Training and capacity building for technical and commercial teams of partner stores. * Delivering technical lectures and field days with producers. * Identifying opportunities and promoting initiatives that stimulate turnover of our products and portfolio expansion within stores. * Establishing, nurturing, and managing relationships with regional decision-makers and influencers, technical consultants from served stores, and third parties. * Monitoring and reporting on competitors' activities. * Executing trade marketing activities such as: implementation of MPDV (Merchandising Point of Sale Display), bonus points, product planogram organization on shelves, executing commercial campaigns focused on sell-out to cattle farmers, business days at outlets, and completing surveys during visits.
