**Job Description** We are seeking a professional to coordinate and develop architectural and complementary projects, ensuring technical quality, interdisciplinary coordination, and alignment with business strategies. The role involves leading technical review and detailing processes, proposing improvements and innovations, and ensuring operational efficiency of deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Strategic vision, analytical capability, technical knowledge in project design, and strong cross-functional integration skills are required, directly contributing to the quality and feasibility of construction projects. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the review and enhancement of architectural and complementary projects * Ensure coordination among all project disciplines * Manage third-party project designers, ensuring alignment with scope and deadlines * Coordinate the development of technical detailing manuals * Validate window and metalwork manuals, aiming for efficiency and cost reduction * Support the implementation and evolution of BIM methodology * Provide technical support to construction teams * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions for process optimization * Support decision-making with technical analyses ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree (preferred) * Solid experience in architectural project management (legal and execution phases) * Experience managing third-party project designers * Knowledge of BIM methodology * Familiarity with technical standards and best practices in building construction * Analytical, organized profile with systemic vision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse departments
