Test Analyst (HR)

Responsibilities: * Create and document test scenarios (manual and automated); * Critically evaluate product deliveries; * Analyze functional and non-functional requirements; * Execute functional and non-functional tests; * Support the development of projects and new products; * Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. Requirements: * Knowledge of testing practices and techniques (functional, non-functional, integration); * Experience documenting test scenarios and test cases; * Ability to plan and define test estimates; * Experience with HR and Personnel Department routines; * Experience with eSocial; * Ability to share knowledge easily; * Strong programming logic. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with the WK Radar system; * Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * CTFL certification.
