And you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and duties** * Evaluate the quality of in-process and finished products, ensuring batch release according to technical criteria. * Monitor reprocessing flow, ensuring orders are properly controlled and forwarded. * Actively participate in color committees, contributing to technical decisions on approval or rejection. * Maintain updated records regarding inspections, releases and non-conformities. * Clearly communicate analysis results to coordination, supervision and other involved areas. * Support continuous improvement of dyeing processes by identifying deviations and suggesting corrective actions. * Ensure organization, adherence to deadlines and reliability of information passed on to subsequent shifts. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Textile Technician/Quality Technician will be considered a differentiator; * Experience in the finishing sector; * Availability to work the 2nd shift, from Monday to Friday 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Additional information** * On-site Medical and Dental Care, promoting your health and well-being * Sports Association, so you can enjoy family moments; * Education Assistance, continuous growth never stops!
