And you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities in utility systems; * Conduct technical failure analyses, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement; * Monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance costs); * Prepare technical reports, maintenance plans, and documentation for audits; * Provide technical support to operational and maintenance teams during critical interventions; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NRs), quality standards, and environmental requirements; * Propose and monitor optimization, automation, and energy efficiency projects in utility areas; * Manage contracts and supervise service providers and spare parts suppliers related to utility equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Experience in industrial utility maintenance (compressors, boilers, chillers, central air conditioning systems, cooling towers, etc.); * Knowledge of maintenance management tools; * Familiarity with technical and regulatory standards (e.g.: NR-13, NR-10); * Intermediate Office package skills. **Additional information** * On-site Medical and Dental Care, promoting your health and well-being; * Sports Association, so you can enjoy family moments; * Education Assistance, growth never stops!
