Job Summary: Provide customer service at an authorized Samsung technical support center, including creating service orders and offering support for products under warranty and out of warranty. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service at the reception desk 2. Support for products under warranty and out of warranty 3. Creation of service orders AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER. RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service at the reception desk, creation of service orders, providing repair timeframes/estimates, and support for customers regarding WARRANTY and OUT-OF-WARRANTY issues. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM\. LOCATION: R. 7 de Setembro, 1213 \- Centro, Blumenau \- SC, 89010\-911 BASE SALARY (R$2\.180,00\) \+ MEAL ALLOWANCE (R$150,00\) \+ TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE \+ BONUS.
