Collaboration across multiple departments to ensure logistics quality. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct cost and logistics indicator analyses (freight, lead time, service level, and carrier performance). Register, update, and maintain freight rate tables and other logistics parameters in the company's systems. Ensure accurate configuration of tariff tables, billing rules, and validity periods. Perform freight audits to validate charges and identify discrepancies. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actions to improve operational efficiency. Consolidate delivery efficiency indicators monthly, prepare analyses, and track results with carriers. Execute the monthly closing of the Logistics DRE (Demonstrative Revenue Statement), monitoring expenses, freight costs, and other financial operation indicators. Develop feasibility studies and projects aimed at reducing logistics costs and enabling continuous improvement. Monitor deliveries, track incidents, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with internal departments and carriers to guarantee logistics operations quality and efficiency. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience with TMS (Lincros), ERP, or logistics management systems. Experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in freight rate table registration and maintenance. Experience in logistics indicator analysis and result closing. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
