We are a global company that values diversity, ambition, and a collaborative, empowering attitude, providing our employees with all the support they need to make their careers as rewarding as possible. **Job Description** --------------------- Receive, inspect, store, pick, and dispatch materials to meet customer requirements at their advanced stations. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education * Logistics knowledge desirable * Experience handling data collectors is a plus * Basic knowledge of Excel desirable * Flexible availability * Availability to work in shifts * Easy access to RGE Frederico Westphalen * Willingness to travel to other cities when operations require temporary support at other warehouses. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Perform counts for receiving, dispatching, and picking items to meet delivery, dispatch, and material-picking demands of customer teams. * Operate forklift when certified by DHL; Use customer equipment where EA is required to move materials within inventory and transport materials to be delivered to customer teams. * Perform inventory item counts; Conduct rotating and annual inventories for warehouse accuracy and customer requests. * Enter invoices into the system; Using SAP management tool for material entry; * Responsible for the cyclic inventory of the Advanced Station; Manage/weigh scrap materials and request sales; Control material inflows and outflows for greater accuracy in quarterly inventories, as well as monitor weighing of scrap discarded by teams for sale and schedule collection by third-party companies; * Maintain updated divergence shipment reports; Keep systematic write-offs regularized; All materials withdrawn by teams must be accounted for in SAP to reconcile system records and resolve discrepancies; * Perform acceptance on PTs within predefined deadlines; Resolve systemic pending issues for materials sent via route within 48 hours; * Ensure attendance at trainings and calls; Complete safety pyramids; Participate in weekly calls, complete safety pyramid reports, and prevent incidents/accidents during operational activities; * Stretch wrap and label pallets for return via return freight; Materials to be returned to CD must be on standardized pallets with identification and stretch wrapping to avoid safety risks and material damage; * Analyze/correct transformer serial data for shipment to refurbishing; Create reverse orders for transformers, meters, and scrap; Generate reports of equipment removed from the network by the customer for shipment to refurbishing; * Analyze MB51 and perform posting on CPFL Share Point; Perform daily inventory for posting on CPFL Share Point; Processes for inventory control established by the client to enhance accuracy and control of material inflows and outflows in base accounting balance; * Control meters by serial number; Reprocess pending automatic write-off issues in STC; Monitor duration of meters' presence in vehicles, TA; * Supply, register, and control usage of meter cages; Stock with kits of materials and meters so customer teams can carry out their activities; * Follow quality procedures, keeping your workplace clean and organized and performing audits, ensuring compliance with company and customer rules; * Follow occupational safety procedures, assessing and using uniforms, PPEs, and their conditions, complying with company and customer health, safety, and environmental regulations;
