Also participates in the process of producing, shaping, and baking various types of breads, savory pastries and sweets (filled or unfilled), pies, quiches, cakes, sweet tarts, and other confections. ### **Prerequisites** Previous experience in bakeries, confectioneries, or industrial kitchens is desirable; Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; Operation of basic bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, mixers, etc.). Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
