This role requires a balance between strategic administrative support and incisive field operations—especially during critical phases of new contract mobilization. **Scope of the Challenge** You will directly support Safety Engineering, acting as its right-hand person in managing administrative demands and serving as the face of safety in the field. Your mission will be to ensure that mobilizations (contract start-ups) occur under strict technical standards, functioning as a knowledge and preventive culture multiplier. **Key Responsibilities** * **Administrative Support:** Direct assistance to Safety Engineering in developing, implementing, and monitoring OSH policies. * **Field Operations (Mobilizations):** Technical support at the onset of new contracts, ensuring compliance from day one. * **Education and Training:** Serve as an NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) multiplier by delivering DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), technical training, educational campaigns, and lectures. * **Compliance Management:** Monitoring KPIs and ensuring employee well-being across all operational units. **Required Qualifications** * **Education:** Technical Course in Occupational Safety (with active professional registration). * **Teaching Skills:** Proven experience as an NRs multiplier and strong public speaking/training delivery ability. * **Background:** Solid prior experience in the industrial sector. * **Mobility:** Valid Category B driver’s license (mandatory) and full availability for travel. * **Profile:** Assertive communication, administrative organization, and a solution-oriented attitude to handle field dynamism. **Position Conditions** * **Work Model:** On-site (based in Contagem/MG + travel required). * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * **Remuneration:** BRL 3,000.00 + BRL 500.00 (Attendance Bonus). **Benefits Package** * Medical and Dental Assistance. * Meal Voucher (BRL 28.00/day). * Fuel Allowance (up to BRL 500.00) or Transportation Voucher. * Travel Allowance (per internal policy). * Life Insurance. * Gympass and SESC partnership.
