Recruitment and Selection Company is looking for an Internet Installer in Chapecó (Downtown). Adaptrh is a company specialized in human resources and technology solutions. We offer services aimed at optimizing people and organizational process management. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of mobile telephony systems, working on towers, antennas, and cellular network equipment. Perform field activities, ensuring communication signal functionality and quality in accordance with technical and safety standards. Carry out installations and replacements of mobile network equipment (4G, 5G, LTE, RF, MW). Perform antenna and radio alignment, cabling, and connection. Conduct signal measurements, connectivity tests, and photographic records of activities. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and deadline standards. Support SWAP activities, technology upgrades, and network expansion.
