Come join our team as a **Welder** **Key Responsibilities:** Knowledge of Welding Fundamentals; Reading and Interpretation of Mechanical Technical Drawings; Reading and Interpretation of Measuring Instruments; Performing Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW); Performing Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG-MAG); Performing Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG); Performing Oxy-Fuel Welding; Performing Grooving Welding; Performing Boiler-maker, Layout, and Mandrel-forming techniques; Performing Grinding, Sanding, and Brushing when required for cutting and welding operations; Cleaning and finishing base metal, consumables, and welded surfaces; Applying crack detection developer for non-destructive weld inspection; Using Tools and Instruments for Layout; Planning the production flow for cutting and welding; Providing materials required for cutting and welding operations; Controlling handling of materials (consumables); Controlling inspection of welding and cutting equipment for performance; Controlling quality of cutting and welding processes; Supporting and implementing health, safety, and environmental actions; Completing Maintenance Control Forms and Work Orders; Promoting cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools used during maintenance and welding activities; **Soft Skills** * Results-oriented management * Strategic and systemic vision * Guidance capability * Communication * Discipline * Initiative **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Vocational welding course * Minimum 1 year of welding experience Preferred Qualifications * Boiler-making and mandrel-forming; * Technical course in the industrial field; * Courses and training in maintenance and welding; * Driver's License Category B *
