Lead the team to maintain a hygienic environment by coordinating tasks, distributing supplies, creating schedules, training staff, and ensuring service quality and safety; monitor the use of PPE and compliance with hygiene standards; manage inventory and report requirements to supervisors, ensuring overall well-being. Key Responsibilities: * **Team Leadership and Management:** * Guide, train, and supervise the cleaning team. * Assign tasks and manage work schedules, absences, and time off. * Evaluate employee performance and monitor conduct. * Address operational needs and customer expectations. * **Planning and Control:** * Develop and monitor cleaning schedules and daily checklists. * Manage inventory, distribution, and storage of cleaning products and supplies. * Request equipment and facility repairs and maintenance. * **Execution Supervision:** * Monitor cleaning services across all areas (offices, restrooms, glass surfaces, etc.). * Ensure timely replenishment of supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.). * Guarantee proper waste disposal and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * **Coordination and Reporting:** * Report irregularities and requirements to immediate supervisor. * Participate in meetings and collaborate with infection control departments, as applicable (e.g., in hospitals).
