**Description** We are seeking a professional to support the company's administrative routines, ensuring compliance with Quality Management guidelines, code of conduct, safety regulations, proper use of PPEs/collective protective equipment, and implementation of the 5S Program. The role is responsible for controlling and organizing physical and digital documents, handling telephone and in-person inquiries, updating reports and e\-mails, supporting administrative process control, and using internal systems. The position involves **administrative\-financial** routines, including issuing and recording invoices, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payment verification, receivable settlement, and organizing supporting documentation. Additionally, the role provides support for **Human Resources** activities, such as opening job vacancies, contacting and interviewing candidates for operational positions, requesting onboarding documents, scheduling medical examinations, integrating (onboarding) new employees, supporting endomarketing initiatives, and internal communication.
