Considered the largest open-air museum in Latin America, the Inhotim Institute — Botanical Garden and Museum of Contemporary Art — is seeking people to join its team as **Visitor Services Agents**.
Located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006, Inhotim is a nonprofit organization funded by ticket revenue, event hosting, and donations from individuals and legal entities — either directly or through the Federal and State Cultural Incentive Laws.
Its landscapes across 140 hectares of visitable area offer visitors a unique experience blending art and nature.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **This person will be responsible for:**
* Welcoming the public and providing support across all internal transportation services; sharing technical and conceptual information; ensuring compliance with visitation rules and procedures; and guaranteeing an accessible, inclusive, and safe experience for all visitors;
* Organizing queues and managing visitor flow at boarding and disembarking points;
* Receiving and welcoming visitors at designated locations;
* Preserving equipment, artistic collections, and botanical assets, ensuring adherence to visitation rules and contributing to space monitoring;
* Cleaning and maintaining electric vehicles, ensuring they meet standards established by leadership;
* Recording and generating operational data, such as daily visitation reports and check\-lists for used vehicles;
* Actively participating in training sessions and capacity-building programs offered by the institution;
* Studying and mastering materials and content related to exhibitions, provided by immediate management;
* Disseminating information about museum programming, including opening hours and events;
* Performing other related duties.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Candidate profile:**
* Completed or currently pursuing high school education;
* Prior experience in customer service is desirable;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Strong verbal communication skills.
