**Commercial Intern**
The Commercial Intern will handle the first stage of the sales funnel, supporting the identification and qualification of potential customers (leads) for the sales team. Responsibilities include active participation in prospecting activities, making initial contact with individuals interested in our courses, and organizing information within the CRM.
This position is ideal for students seeking practical experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, working within a dynamic, results-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support new lead generation through social media, email, WhatsApp, and phone;
* Make initial contact with potential customers, introduce our courses, and identify initial interest;
* Assist in lead qualification by collecting relevant information for the sales team;
* Record and update contact information in the CRM, tracking progress through the sales funnel;
* Support scheduling meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team;
* Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaigns and generate new leads;
* Monitor basic prospecting and conversion metrics, developing commercial and analytical insight.

**Requirements**
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of digital tools and Office/Google Suite;
* Availability for an internship during business hours (09:00–16:00).
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Interest in digital marketing, consultative sales, and online education;
* Basic familiarity with CRM systems or sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, or similar);
* Prior experience in customer service, sales, or other commercial activities.
**Internship Schedule**
* Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 16:00, with a 1-hour lunch break (30 hours/week)
