Manage the clinic’s appointment schedule, including booking and confirmation. Provide direct support to clinical staff, sales team, and management as required. Clearly communicate characteristics of requested exams and procedures. Create registration files, digitize documents, and organize records. Be responsible for opening and/or closing the clinic, ensuring site security. Monitor and control inventory of various reception supplies and materials. Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
