




We are looking for an Inn Manager to oversee the full operation, ensuring excellence in guest service, internal process organization, and team leadership. We seek a proactive, responsible, and autonomous individual who leads by example, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and is prepared to assume responsibilities with a professional attitude and attention to detail. Key responsibilities: \- Management and leadership of the operational team (housekeeping and kitchen); \- Scheduling, routine planning, and task distribution; \- Supervision of guest service before, during, and after their stay; \- Monitoring reservations, check\-in, check\-out, and special requests; \- Support and control of administrative processes (reports, internal communication, suppliers); \- Ensuring quality standards, organization, and presentation of the inn; \- Conflict mediation and resolution of daily unforeseen issues; \- Direct communication with management, reporting results and needs. Requirements: \- Prior experience in hospitality, inns, tourism, or related fields; \- Leadership, organizational, and autonomous profile; \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; \- Commitment to schedules, routines, and responsibilities; \- Professional demeanor and appropriate personal appearance; \- Ability to interact effectively with guests and resolve problems; \- Availability to work on weekends and holidays (rotating schedule). Preferred qualifications: \- Experience in boutique inns or small\- to medium\-sized hospitality establishments; \- Knowledge of reservation systems or ability to quickly learn them; \- Experience managing small teams; \- Affinity with hospitality, cultural tourism, and personalized service. \- Foreign language proficiency (English, Spanish, and/or French) Salary: Negotiable.
