Job Summary: The professional will monitor buses, track schedules, support drivers, fill out spreadsheets, arrange driver substitutions, and resolve operational issues. Key Highlights: 1. Driver support and guidance 2. Route monitoring and problem resolution 3. Spreadsheet filling and indicator tracking Responsibilities: Monitor bus locations and route progress; Track driver departure and arrival times at client locations; Provide support to drivers; Fill out spreadsheets with indicators, incidents, and other relevant information; Contact drivers for guidance and status updates; Arrange driver substitutions in cases of absences, delays, or same-day medical certificates; Identify and address route deviations, delays, incidents, operational problem resolution, unforeseen events, and other duties pertinent to the position. Requirements: Experience with spreadsheets (Excel); Strong communication skills with clients; Basic computer literacy; Logistics knowledge is desirable; Shift schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off; Easy access to the Água Branca neighborhood/Contagem required.
