**Main Activities:** * Monitoring project execution: track schedules, attend alignment meetings, update control spreadsheets, record field activities, and support partners with action logistics. * Organizing social events: assist in the implementation of planned events, coordinate logistics, request materials, and supervise setup and teardown. * Institutional and community relations: support logistics for institutional visits, record interactions, forward requests, and participate in external meetings. * Communication and engagement: contribute to content production, support employee mobilization, and provide information to institutional communication. * Indicator and report management: collect quantitative and qualitative data, update dashboards, consolidate monthly reports, and organize information for accountability reporting. * Contract monitoring: track scheduled deliverables, validate measurement reports, review partner reports, and document evidence of execution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, Social Work, Public Management, or related fields. * Experience in social responsibility and socio-institutional relations, including social project management and impact assessment. **Additional Skills:** * Intermediate English proficiency, sufficient for reading technical materials and basic communication. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with ability to produce reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. * Work resources: we will provide a laptop with internet access and necessary software for performing duties. * Mobility: the professional must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel, driving a vehicle whenever necessary. **Information:** * Fixed salary of R$3,000.00 (negotiable) and benefits (Multibenefícios card worth R$1,100.00, Unimed Pleno BH Health Plan, Unimed BH Dental Plan) * Employment type – CLT * Location: Coronel Xavier Chaves, MG Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
