Job Summary: Assist in dough preparation, ingredient organization, shaping, baking, cleaning, and inventory control in a bakery. Key Highlights: 1. A bakery in São João del Rei is seeking a Bakery Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing dough for bread and other bakery products. Sort, weigh, and organize ingredients. Help with shaping and preparing breads. Support baking operations (loading and unloading ovens). Organize and sanitize utensils and equipment. Monitor expiration dates and proper storage of supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist production according to bakery demand. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Pastry Assistant, Bakery Assistant, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
