This is an open position within CSAA**, specifically in Academic Support**, for hybrid work at the Belo Horizonte city center. By assuming the role of **Student Support Assistant** at Afya, your primary objective will be to handle service requests from this area, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and satisfaction of internal customers and students, in accordance with group policies and guidelines. You will work in the Scholarships and Financing area under the **CSA** directorate and join a multidisciplinary team, interacting daily with colleagues from departments such as Accounts Receivable, Financing, and Collections. #### **All our opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PwD) and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **HOW YOU WILL TRANSFORM HEALTHCARE DAILY:** * Provide second-level customer support via Salesforce to register, track, and resolve technical service requests related to Academic, Financial, and Scholarship areas. * Identify and classify requests, routing them to responsible departments when necessary. * Ensure timely responses to customers with qualified answers, meeting established deadlines. * Assist internal customers in resolving questions regarding the use of company systems and/or tools.
