Your main responsibilities: * Monitor internal and external indicator reports, supporting Squad Leaders; * Track visual management information, OKRs, and other internal indicators and metrics; * Monitor activities of apprentices assigned to the Squad; * Manage Planning Assistants under the direct manager’s supervision, if required; * Generate indicator reports requested by the Squad Leader, for monitoring purposes, or by the client; * Handle billing under the direct manager’s supervision, if required; * Report progress, changes, and improvement actions to the direct manager; What we seek in you: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Business Administration or related fields (a key differentiator!); * Enjoy working with data and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc. are welcome); * Strong communication skills and ability to organize information clearly and concisely; * Proactive, collaborative, and possessing that spark in your eyes — the drive to grow alongside Who! **Criteria for internal candidates:** * Minimum of 6 months as a Who employee; * Not have participated in any internal process within the last 3 months; * Justified ABS in the last 3 months: 3%; * Unjustified ABS in the last 3 months: 0%; * Not received any warning in the last 3 months; * No external feedback or reversals in the last 3 months; * Not have two or more internal signals with zero scores in the last 3 months; * No matured fraud in the last 3 months; * No improper negative records in the last 3 months; * Not have participated in any internal process within the last 3 months; * Submit Solides application confirmation to the People & Culture team. **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance. * Flexible Flash card (meal/food) – R$ 29.39/day. * TotalPass (access to gyms and studios with discounts). * C4Life (psychological, legal, financial, social support, and pet benefit). * Unimed health plan (co-payment, after probation period). * OdontoPrev dental plan (after probation period). * Guapeco pet health plan (co-payment). * Daycare assistance for mothers with children up to 2 years old. * Life insurance. * Discounts at SESC and partner universities. * Birthday off – day off on your birthday.
