Job Summary: The Fácil Group is seeking a professional to work on data analysis and processing, building pipelines and reports, contributing to advancements in data and BI. Key Highlights: 1. With a solid and responsible track record, we have built our history by staying committed to delivering real value to our customers — always with dedicated people, collaboration, and a results-oriented focus. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute SQL queries for data extraction, processing, and validation from multiple sources; * Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) routines; * Contribute to maintaining databases and Data Warehouse/Data Lake structures; * Support data quality activities, ensuring data integrity and reliability; * Develop and maintain managerial and operational dashboards and reports; * Support the definition, updating, and validation of KPIs; * Conduct descriptive analyses and data verification, identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies; * Use visualization, ETL, and analytics tools according to best practices; * Interact with internal clients to gather requirements, translating business needs into data solutions; * Support documentation of business rules, data dictionaries, and technical specifications; * Support data, BI, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence projects; * Comply with information security policies and LGPD regulations. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Analysis, Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence (BI); * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; * Solid SQL knowledge, including complex query development and basic optimization; * Knowledge of ETL processes and/or building and maintaining data pipelines. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation; * Knowledge of data architecture (Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake); * Experience with code versioning tools such as Git; * Hands-on experience with tools like Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, and Spark; * Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts; * Knowledge of NoSQL databases; * Experience with Cloud Computing platforms such as AWS; * Certifications in BI, data analysis, or related tools; * Experience with Agile methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. **Additional Information** Beyond joining a collaborative and continuously evolving team, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and professional development: * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance via iFood Multibenefícios card; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR), based on the company’s annual goal achievement; * Partnership with Wellz, a mental health and well-being platform; * Partnership with Wellhub, providing access to gyms and wellness activities; * Life insurance; * Partnerships and discounts with educational and language institutions; * Corporate University, offering professional development learning paths; * Access to the Alura platform, subject to availability; * Pharmacy benefit (Belo Horizonte and metropolitan region); * Transportation allowance.
