Job Summary: Responsible for issuing purchase orders, controlling, receiving, inspecting, and storing all materials, machinery, tools, and equipment used on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Control and organization of construction materials. 2. Inventory management and warehouse reporting. 3. Responsibility for fixed asset control. **Job Mission:** Be responsible for issuing purchase orders, controlling, receiving, inspecting, and storing all materials used on construction sites, including machinery, tools, and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect materials delivered to construction sites; * Distribute materials used on site via internal material requisition forms; * Open inventory control cards for each received item, based on suppliers' invoices and/or transfers, always entering appropriate quantities in the designated fields: incoming, outgoing, and balance, as applicable; * Complete and classify invoices; * Prepare monthly reports on material inventory status in the warehouse; * Notify the site engineer of materials required in the weekly procurement schedule; * Track material distribution using material delivery slips; * Organize and maintain the construction site warehouse in conditions suitable for inventory verification and stocktaking; * Provide data to supplement the construction site diary; * Be responsible for fixed asset control on site and complete all related forms. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Excel; **Preferred:** Experience with SAP system
