Main Challenges: * Align information regarding completed tasks during shift handovers. * Maintain hygiene of idle components using specific cleaning products. * Collect product samples during processing and forward them to the laboratory for analysis. * Periodically monitor the operation of equipment used in the filtration process, identifying maintenance needs and reporting them to the responsible supervisor. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace as well as of the equipment used. * Seek and propose suggestions for improving sectoral operational processes. * Perform industrial operations inherent to the department. * Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) operations on cellar equipment. * Comply with company standards and procedures. * Adhere to safety and environmental protection standards while performing duties. * Develop or execute other related activities at the discretion of the immediate supervisor. * Carry out responsibilities under close and continuous supervision.
