Inventory coordination and rigorous stock control Company operating in the market since 2007 in Betim/MG, recognized as a reference in the trade of automotive parts, accessories, and preventive and corrective maintenance services for motor vehicles is hiring? **Warehouse Leader** **Location:** Jardim Petrópolis / Betim **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 to R$ 3.500,00 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM" **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel voucher, meal voucher, medical assistance, dental assistance, life insurance, and quarterly bonus. **Responsibilities:** Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of parts, ensuring stock integrity and organization. Consult and interpret manufacturer catalogs to identify, verify, and cross-reference parts (part numbers, applications, and equivalencies). Conduct and coordinate inventories (cyclic and general), resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Control system entries and exits, ensuring virtual stock always matches physical stock. Lead the warehouse team, organizing routines, assigning tasks, and maintaining team engagement. Serve as a support point for internal and external customers, responding with agility and effective communication. Monitor stock levels and support replenishment decisions to prevent stockouts and overstocking. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a warehouse clerk (experience is a mandatory requirement). Experience with automotive parts — preferably heavy-duty line (trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles). Proficiency in manufacturer catalogs and ability to verify and cross-reference part numbers. Solid knowledge of inventory control and management. Leadership experience. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
