ZAMine Brasil operates in the supply of equipment, parts, and solutions for the mining sector, with a focus on high performance, operational reliability, and specialized technical support. As part of a global group, the company is expanding in Brazil, structuring its operations to deliver operational excellence and generate value for its customers. At this stage of growth and consolidation, we are seeking a Performance Consultant to directly support our customers' operational development, promoting training, continuous improvements, and enhanced performance of mining equipment. Key responsibilities: * Lead and support projects aimed at operational improvement and best practices in equipment utilization; * Conduct technical training for internal teams and customers, promoting safety, efficiency, and improved operational performance; * Develop training schedules and monitor their execution in coordination with operations; * Create instructional materials and operational procedures for technical capacity building; * Monitor field operational activities, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing action plans; * Support optimization of equipment utilization and physical availability; * Propose and monitor corrective and preventive actions to mitigate operational risks; * Evaluate training effectiveness and track operational performance indicators; * Maintain updated records and controls of conducted trainings; Requirements: * Experience in operation, maintenance, or performance of mining or yellow-line equipment; * Experience delivering technical training; * Knowledge of operational best practices and safety; * Strong communication skills; * Willingness to travel.
