Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and proactive sales professional to sell language courses, providing customer service and closing enrollments. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting initiatives to attract new students **Sales Assistant – Language School** **Location:** Savassi – Belo Horizonte/MG (On-site) **Salary:** BRL 1,700.00 \+ **enrollment commission** **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Law contract) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \| 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and sales-oriented individual to work in the sales department of a language school in Savassi. **Responsibilities** * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Presenting courses and clarifying inquiries; * Managing the sales process through to enrollment closure; * Following up with leads; * Supporting initiatives to attract new students; * Updating spreadsheets and internal systems; * Assisting with administrative tasks in the sales department; **Requirements** * Prior sales experience; * Basic Excel knowledge; * Completed high school education; * Preferred: undergraduate studies in progress (Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or related fields); **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary: BRL 1,700.00 * Commission per enrollment * Transportation allowance * Language course scholarship Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay Range: BRL 1,700.00 \- BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Partner agreements and commercial discounts * Profit-sharing * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Which neighborhood and city do you live in? * Do you have experience in this field?
