In an era where people are essential to success, join a team that prioritizes human creativity and fosters a workforce where technology empowers people (not the other way around), freeing them for more creative thinking and engaging work. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes—from aligning role profiles with managers to extending offers to candidates. * Strategically partner with managers to understand technical, behavioral, and business requirements. * Post job openings across multiple channels (ATS, LinkedIn, talent databases, and recruitment agencies). * Screen resumes and conduct individual, group, and competency-based interviews. * Perform talent hunting and market mapping for strategic or highly complex positions. * Monitor the candidate journey, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive experience. * Track open positions, deadlines (SLAs), and recruitment metrics. * Support and mentor junior analysts, contributing to standardizing best practices and team development. ### **Additionally, you must have:** * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably handling high-volume hiring. * Proficiency in competency-based interviews and assessment tools. * Experience with R&S platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, resume screening tools). * Exposure to recruitment metrics, SLAs, and continuous process improvement. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes while maintaining a results-oriented focus. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced proficiency is a plus). * Preferred: Experience with platforms such as Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter.
