Focus on safety, environmental protection, and occupational health We are seeking a MACHINE OPERATOR to perform yard and warehouse cleaning and organization activities for fertilizers. Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safely and efficiently operate a Bobcat (mini-loader) for fertilizer handling, loading, unloading, stacking, and replenishment (bulk or bagged); * Transport materials internally between receiving, storage, production, and dispatch areas, adhering to warehouse layout and defined material flow; * Feed machines, mixers, silos, or bagging lines according to production processes; * Ensure product integrity by preventing contamination, waste, spills, or improper mixing of fertilizers; * Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations, paying special attention to chemical hazards, dust, flammability, and corrosivity of products; * Correctly use mandatory PPE, including hard hat, safety goggles, respirator mask, gloves, and safety boots; * Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the Bobcat, checking brakes, tires/tracks, hydraulic system, oil and fuel levels, and overall equipment condition; * Immediately report any anomalies, mechanical failures, or unsafe conditions identified during operation to supervisors or maintenance staff; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, assisting in waste management and spill cleanup; * Support inventory activities, stock organization, and product segregation per internal procedures and legal requirements; * Follow operational instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the warehouse; * Collaborate with operational, logistics, and safety teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of traffic legislation; * Defensive driving; * Basic mechanics; * Familiarity with basic first aid procedures; * Proficiency in using technology; * Driver's License Category B. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: R$638.00/month; * On-site meals; * Transportation provided by the company; * Health Plan: Nossa Saúde; * Dental Plan: Bradesco; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass.
