**Business Unit:** Sem Parar **Work Location:** Pinheiros \- SP **Work Model:** Hybrid 2x3 (office attendance twice per week) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the Business Unit's (BU) budgeting process, ensuring the development, consolidation, and review of the annual budget and the preparation of periodic forecasts. * Support strategic analysis and management reporting, participating weekly in staff meetings to assist executive decision-making. * Monitor and analyze the BU’s financial performance, tracking revenues, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring visibility into variances against plan and driving critical analysis and corrective actions with management teams. * Conduct financial evaluations of projects, products, and strategic initiatives, identifying business impacts, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to maximize results. * Develop and enhance financial models and analytical tools, contributing to continuous improvement of financial planning, control, and governance processes. * Actively participate in monthly close activities, analyzing financial and accounting statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Headcount Report, volume metrics, among others), and performing accruals as needed for all companies comprising Corpay’s Business Units. * Analyze monthly close results, validating figures and preparing detailed explanations of revenue and expense variances. * Be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the planning tool (Planful), guaranteeing timely delivery of monthly budget tracking reports to Directors and VPs, supporting efficient budget management and variance monitoring. * During quarterly closings, prepare specific financial statements and explanatory analyses to meet internal and external audit requirements and SOX compliance. * Develop analyses focused on process control and optimization through data collection, processing, and integration, aligned with the company’s strategic needs. * Participate in the company’s strategic projects, conducting process and system testing (system development), analyzing business risks and opportunities.
