Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve as the first human point of contact with contractors, qualifying them and ensuring that only suitable partners reach our negotiators—acting as the intelligent filter of the funnel. Be the first human point of contact for interested contractors, ensuring only qualified partners—with technical capability and documentary maturity—reach the negotiators’ table. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct initial contact (phone/WhatsApp) with leads generated by campaigns and AI; Perform pre-registration and collect key data from contractors; Apply the *Qualification Score*, evaluating: technical capability, *fit* with MRV, documentary maturity, and readiness; Discard off-profile leads and schedule meetings/pass qualified leads to Senior Analysts (Negotiators); Maintain the CRM rigorously updated with interaction history. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales representative, or Customer Service agent is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (persuasion ability and active listening). Resilience and dynamism to handle a high daily volume of contacts.
