




Job Description The intern is responsible for the first contact with the customer, acting as the entry point for all support requests. Their mission is to organize and route demands, ensuring an efficient workflow for the team. Additionally, the intern plays an important role in organizing information and providing administrative support, collaborating in maintaining the database and communicating with customers. They are also responsible for initiating the project homologation process, submitting projects to the engineering team for review with CEMIG.
