Job Summary: Work at the Invoice Center, assisting with scheduling, distribution, route planning, sales monitoring, and customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the Invoice Center and optimize internal processes 2. Monitor e-commerce sales and manage inventory 3. Provide support and assistance to sales representatives and customers * Work in the Invoice Center, supporting delivery scheduling and distribution operations; * Plan routes and report on transportation and cargo conditions; * Develop and optimize spreadsheets and documents for processes under your responsibility; * Monitor and control inventory transfer and management processes; * Monitor e-commerce sales and perform necessary procedures for product release and delivery; * Provide assistance and support to sales representatives and customers; * Calculate driver and assistant driver commission amounts and forward figures to the responsible department; * Be available to work Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM; * Have easy access to the Barreiro region.
