We are hiring \| Junior Logistics Analyst Belo Horizonte – MG \| On-site We are looking for a Junior Logistics Analyst to support billing routines, order control, and monitoring of logistics area administrative processes. We seek an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with processes, data, and internal department and customer relationships. * Main Responsibilities * + Issue and verify fiscal invoices (NF\-e and NFS\-e) * + Validate orders, contracts, and commercial terms prior to billing + Monitor billing deadlines and monthly closing + Verify fiscal and commercial information + Support the area's financial closing + Negotiate payment terms and conditions with customers + Support the sales team in financial matters + Prepare reports and area indicators + Support logistics administrative and operational routines Requirements: Technical Knowledge * + Intermediate Excel * + Microsoft Office Suite + Experience with ERP systems (Sankhya, SAP, TOTVS or similar) + Basic knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, ISS, PIS, and COFINS) * Behavioral Competencies + Organization and attention to detail + Proactivity + Strong communication skills + Problem-solving ability + Teamwork + Interpersonal relationship skills + Negotiation skills * + Preferred Qualifications + Prior experience in the logistics area * + Experience in medical or hospital sector companies + Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis
