Dynamism and Prompt Service Description: Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, responsible for scheduling corrective and preventive maintenance services for store machinery and equipment—including building infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems—and monitoring execution until completion. Analyzes work orders, controls service performance indicators, identifies opportunities for improvement in maintenance programs, and prospecting or developing new maintenance service providers to support business units.
