Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst to structure and optimize the Totvs Protheus system within a multinational highway infrastructure company, leading the administration of critical systems and proposing strategic integration solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the administration and optimization of critical systems (ERP, BI, SGO) 2. Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency 3. Develop advanced BI solutions and enhance strategic reporting We are seeking an IT Analyst to structure the Totvs Protheus system within a large multinational company operating in the highway infrastructure sector. **Main Responsibilities:** Lead the administration and optimization of critical systems such as ERP, BI, revenue collection systems, and SGO, with emphasis on continuous improvement and operational efficiency; Administration of Application Server, DBAccess, and License Server; SQL Server management (backup, restore, performance); Application of patches and version updates (UpdDistr); Performance monitoring and management of critical incidents; Backup and Disaster Recovery management; Interface with TOTVS for infrastructure-related matters; Advanced support and participation in migration or expansion projects; Propose strategic integration solutions among systems, emphasizing BI and data analysis to drive strategic and operational decisions; Manage implementation and integration of new modules into ERP and SGO, ensuring systems meet the highway concessionaire's requirements. Develop advanced BI solutions and collaborate with business areas to improve strategic reports and dashboards. Ensure all IT systems are effectively integrated, contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness. **Technical Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; Extensive experience with the Totvs Protheus system, BI, revenue collection systems, SGS, and SGO, including proficiency in platform integration and process optimization; Ability to lead and guide technical teams, as well as develop innovative and strategic IT solutions; Strong knowledge of data analysis and BI tools, plus experience in IT project management; **Revenue Collection and Service Management Systems:** Experience with revenue collection systems and service management tools (SGS); **System Integration:** Ability to integrate different platforms and optimize workflows; **Process Management:** Experience in managing operational processes, with focus on IT systems; Certifications in ERP, Power BI, Oracle, SAP, TOTVS, ITIL, or other certifications related to systems and platforms used by the concessionaire are considered advantageous. **Software Development:** Knowledge of system customization and automation (ADVPL). **Desirable Knowledge:** **IT Project Management:** Experience coordinating projects for system implementation and optimization. **IT Security:** Knowledge of security practices to protect critical systems and sensitive data. **Behavioral Profile:** Must possess planning awareness, Good organizational skills, Proactivity, Root cause analysis capability, Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Bachelor’s Degree
