Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance of processes and products, conducting audits, developing improvements, and applying technical knowledge to achieve operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in external audits and certification processes. 2. Development and implementation of new projects and processes. 3. Focus on continuous improvement and compliance with specifications. **Responsibilities:** * Support external audits at group companies (certification body – ABS Quality) and customers; * Ensure compliance with required requirements; * Provide technical guidance for defining quality in the production process and meeting customer specifications; * Maintain sample control records at customer sites and organize samples for subsequent shipment; * Apply technical skills to departmental activities, pursuing continuous improvements; * Support the development and implementation of new projects and processes, ensuring their successful deployment; * Review and ensure products meet customer-established specifications; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standards; * Define work plans and procedures, monitoring technical actions to achieve established goals; * Prepare and update control plans and management reports to support decision-making; * Conduct process capability studies (CP/CPK), propose corrective actions, and present results; * Ensure adherence to certification/customer audit schedules; * Propose and monitor improvements to processes, products, or services to achieve effective outcomes; * Guide production teams on issues and monitor action plans to resolve anomalies. **We are looking for someone with:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Metallurgical Processes; * Experience in audits and quality processes. * Knowledge of FMEA, CP/CPK, and certification audits. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency **Location: Betim/MG** This position is exclusively for candidates aged 18 or older.
