Key responsibilities: * **Team Leadership:** Manage and guide the operational team during the shift, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards. * **Operations:** Supervise customer service and production flow, monitor product quality and order delivery times. * **Finance:** Perform cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation, as well as monitor the shift's daily profitability. * **Food Safety:** Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene procedures. * **Customer Service:** Interact with customers, ensuring a high-quality experience. **Requirements and Skills:** * High school diploma. * Previous experience in team leadership. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to organize, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure. * Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, internal systems). * Proactive attitude.
